The role involves supporting, configuring, and optimising Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules, strong understanding of HR processes and data flows, and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
- Expertise in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), EIBs, and calculated fields
- Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
