THE ROLE

We're searching for an AI Graphic Designer to create AI-generated ad creatives, product images, and brand visuals for multiple D2C brands. You’ll work from concept to final asset, keep everything on-brand, collaborate with marketing, and use performance data to iterate. The job is for someone fluent in AI design tools, strong in visual fundamentals, curious about new tech, and comfortable experimenting. E-commerce/DTC experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and design static ad creatives, product images, and brand visuals using AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or similar.

• Create visuals for web pages, product listings, and campaigns across multiple brands.

• Work with marketing and media teams to translate creative briefs into high-performing visuals.

• Analyze performance data to understand which designs drive the best results and iterate fast.

• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all assets.

• Stay ahead of design trends and experiment with AI tools to push creative boundaries.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You’re fluent in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, Firefly, etc.) and enjoy exploring new ones.

• You understand composition, lighting, and brand aesthetics — not just prompts.

• You can move from concept to final deliverable fast, without sacrificing quality.

• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and communicate clearly.

• Bonus: experience in eCommerce or DTC design (especially ad visuals and product imagery).

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

4. Interview — A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€1,000 - €1500 after taxes, depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.

  (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
