Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related fields
- Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work
- Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environments set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) desired
- Ability to analyze and logically organize complex technical information, and transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training
