We are looking for a mid-level Product Owner to support the execution and delivery of product features across our squads. This role is focused on translating requirements into clear ticket stories, supporting engineers during development, and leading the team’s Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery.

You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and QA to make sure every sprint is well-structured, requirements are clear, and features are shipped with high quality

Key Responsibilities

Story Writing & Requirements

• Translate product requirements and flows into clear, detailed ticket stories.
• Write acceptance criteria, edge cases, and expected behaviors.
• Ensure stories are complete and ready before grooming sessions.
• Document technical flows and expected API behavior in coordination with engineers.
  
  Scrum & Delivery Support
• Lead core Agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retros.
• Coordinate with engineering to clarify requirements and unblock developers quickly.
• Support QA by providing clear scenarios and reviewing test cases.
• Validate completed tasks against acceptance criteria before calling them “done.”
  
  Execution & Coordination
• Ensure each sprint is structured, stories are understood, and tasks are delivered on time.
• Keep Jira up to date with story status and documentation.
• Flag risks, delays, or unclear requirements early to the Product Manager.
• Maintain clear communication between engineering, QA, and product.
  
  Product Support Work
• Assist Product Managers with documentation, research, and flow writing when needed.
• Record and update user flows, feature behavior, and release documentation.
• Help ensure consistency across squads in how stories and requirements are written.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs and delivering successful products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and customer behavior is a plus.
