HR Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Technology Lead to drive the evolution of our HRIS systems, responsible for technical architecture, process design, and user experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HRIS, HR Technology, or Solutions Architecture role
• Deep hands-on expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, development, and reporting
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring users in an HR technology context
• Excellent understanding of core people processes and the ability to translate process design into system configuration and automation
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder HR technology programmes and releases
• Relevant educational background in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience
