Support Operations Analyst

Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and is looking for a Support Operations Analyst to join their Data team. The analyst will analyze support operations data to identify bottlenecks, defects, frictions, optimize workflows, identify product improvements, and align agent performance with company OKRs.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, or similar analytical roles
• A degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
