As a technical expert, you will apply your skills across various projects from AI strategy to client-side deployments, ensuring architectural decisions are sound and reliable.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning and software development
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-risk projects and driving innovation
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable ML/software systems
- Experience with containerisation tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes
- Expertise in at least one major Cloud Solution Provider (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Ability to manage and coach a team of engineers, setting team-wide development goals to improve client delivery
