Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our IT/Development team. This role is essential to improving product clarity, enhancing requirements documentation, and ensuring strong communication across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with experience translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting Agile teams, and collaborating closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders, developers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Write clear and complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, interviews, dependency discussions, and clarification meetings.
• Support Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring requirements are ready and understood.
• Analyze workflows, system behaviors, and business needs to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA and development to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain documentation using platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
• Validate outputs produced via AI-assisted development to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clarity, follow‑through, and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience writing: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Functional requirements.
• Experience leading or facilitating requirement discussions with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile environments and sprint‑based development workflows.
• Ability to interpret system behavior, data flows, and technical constraints at a functional level.
• Strong written documentation skills and exceptional clarity in communication.

Pay Range - $70,000 - $80,000/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
