We are looking for a determined lead mitigation technician who genuinely cares about the customers and team they work with. Someone hard workingas well as detail oriented and wants to excel at there position to grow. Must be able to work with a team. Must have 2 to 3 years experience as a lead mitigation technician in the mitigation and remediation field. IICRC Certifications are a plus as well. Please let us know if you are interested! Job Description:

• Manage a crew on job sites
• Coordinate and communicate with the customers, project managers and management.
• Organize daily activity on each job visit
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Must have good work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Know how to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Prepare and present project status reports to project managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution

-Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lead tech in the mitigation industry
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, codes, and regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and problem-solving abilities
