Experian is seeking an End User Services (EUS) Team Lead for the APAC region. This role involves managing the team responsible for Help Desk and Field Services operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues, improving service quality, and advocating for end-user needs. The team leads the operational team, analyzes workflows, and oversees hardware and software lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related technical and/or managerial experience in end user services for Help Desk and Field Services.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills including excellent customer service and communication.
- Advanced service reporting skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Infrastructure subject matter expertise in ITIL, ITSM, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
- Experience in a wide variety of IT fields to understand service details.
