We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our remote team full-time. Responsibilities include: Handling freight and shipping logistics, Managing shipping dates and tracking deliveries, Using the AMT ERP system, Preparing and sending invoices after shipping, Communicating with suppliers in China for order and shipment follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with shipping/logistics coordination
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
