About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter with experience recruiting for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, understand the US hiring market, and be confident recruiting healthcare or therapy-related professionals.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced using sourcing platforms and recruitment tools to identify quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for US-based roles
• Recruit for ABA therapy and healthcare-related positions including BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Utilize sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS/CRM systems
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting for US clients
• Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
• Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies
• Stable internet connection and own laptop
• Healthcare, therapy, or ABA recruitment experience advantageous
• Must reside in South Africa
