Requirements
- 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs
- Experience with large-scale enterprise projects
- Ability to scope projects, work with clients, and lead technical workshops
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in PHP and Drupal development
- Ability to mentor and train teams
- Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA
- Strong communication skills in English and French (or willingness to apply if not fully proficient)
