The position
We are seeking a driven and innovative US-based Talent Agent to join our agency. In this role, you will represent and manage top-tier creators, securing brand partnerships and maximizing their potential in the entertainment space.
What you’ll be doing
Identify, recruit, and manage gaming talent with potential for growth in digital platforms and brand collaborations.
Develop and negotiate brand partnership opportunities for clients, aligning with their personal and professional goals.
Maintain strong industry relationships with brands, platforms, and production companies to generate opportunities for talent.
Provide strategic career guidance to clients, including branding, content strategy, and audience development.
Monitor social media trends and gaming industry developments to stay ahead of market demands.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute client campaigns and ensure deliverables meet brand expectations.
Eligiblity criteria
Proven track record of generating revenue with consistent, positive results.
Previous experience in talent management, influencer/brand marketing, production, theatre, film, and/or television.
Working knowledge of media and content development.
Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and the operations of a talent agency.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram) and digital marketing trends.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
Bonus: Existing network of established relationships with brands & creative agencies, especially those operating in the digital and/or gaming spaces.

Salary Range for this Position: $60-75K+/yr and Commission Structure (from first dollar).
Salary: 60K - 75K USD a year
