Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Spain)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our team globally. As a remote member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent to help us reach 100M users and beyond.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
