Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Slovakia)

EverAI is a fast-growing AI company that is building the future of AI companionship. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to help assemble the team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
