Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Netherlands)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale the team. As a remote worker in the Netherlands, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent while building a recruitment stack that matches the company's scale and ambition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
