Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Finland)

EverAI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team, shaping the future of AI companionship and scaling the company to 100+ employees. The role involves identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, building a recruitment stack, and influencing how Talent Acquisition evolves as the company grows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
