Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Austria)

EverAI is a fast-growing AI company building the future of AI companionship. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us assemble our team as we scale to 100+ employees. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
