We're looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to join our team and help us scale our user base from 30M to 100M in the next 12 months. The role involves owning paid acquisition channels, analyzing performance, and driving strategic shifts.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven track record managing $100k+/month in paid media spend with measurable CAC/ROAS results
- Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
- Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
- Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
- Comfortable with NSFW content and running campaigns on adult networks
