Junior/Mid AI Video Artist (Full Remote - Lithuania)

EverAI is looking for a Junior/Mid AI Video Artist to join their team. The role involves creating engaging video content and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, familiarity with AI creative tools, and a strong understanding of storytelling and pacing.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
• An active interest in the use of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui etc.)
• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
• Strong communication & collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset - we are moving fast and need people who thrive on execution and moving quickly
• Obsessive about speed, performance and iteration
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content
