Junior/Mid AI Video Artist (Full Remote - Estonia)

We are looking for a Junior/Mid AI Video Artist who is passionate about creating engaging video content and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing video ads for digital platforms, editing and post-production of marketing videos, and staying up to date with trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for short-form content
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
• Active interest in the use of AI creative tools
• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
• Strong communication & collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment

• Obsessive about speed, performance and iteration
