EverAI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles, technical proficiency in LoRA training, and a strong creative eye for character and face selection.

Requirements

• Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Comfort with repetitive training, testing cycles, and fast-turnaround change
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
• Fluent in English (for team communication and prompting)
