EverAI is looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. This is a hands-on role where you'll be primarily responsible for training, testing, and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

Requirements

• Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles (~4+ years or equivalent experience)
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training, with a drive to continuously improve workflows and outputs
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection; ability to think beyond the obvious and find the details that make a character stand out
• Rigorous attention to detail: characters must be well-rounded, original, and consistently high quality
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
• Fluent in English (for team communication and prompting)
