AI LoRA Character Creator (Full Remote - Romania)

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship. We're a fully remote group of A-players from Tier 1 tech, led by an exec team who've launched, scaled, and exited multiple companies. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters.

Requirements

• Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles (~4+ years or equivalent experience)
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training, with a drive to continuously improve workflows and outputs
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection; ability to think beyond the obvious and find the details that make a character stand out
• Rigorous attention to detail: characters must be well-rounded, original, and consistently high quality
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
• Fluent in English (for team communication and prompting)
• Familiarity with internet culture: trends, online communities, and what makes content engaging for SFW and NSFW audiences
• Hands-on experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and models such as Pony, Flux, or Z-image
• Experience creating characters or content for interactive applications: concept, visuals, writing, or any combination
• Image editing skills via Photoshop, AI tooling, or engineering solutions
