We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our Medication Management Squad, a core team responsible for building and scaling the systems that support how patients receive, manage, and stay on their treatments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a growth-focused, product-led environment
  • Strong technical background with experience in building and scaling systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
