What You'll Do
- Define and execute strategic vision for scaling a proven educational model across multiple geographies
- Lead school operations, while maintaining the culture and innovative spirit of student-centered learning
- Build, develop and inspire high-performing teams of educators, guides and operational staff
- Own P&L, fundraising and operational metrics while driving measurable student outcomes
- Cultivate deep relationships with students, families and community partners to build lasting trust and engagement
