Your role will involve proposing responses to IT demands, optimizing purchasing strategies, and managing suppliers.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in purchasing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Purchaser in public markets
- Experience in public purchasing, particularly PCN
- Strong experience in negotiation
- Strong knowledge of the computer and telecom sector
- Experience in contract formulation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Rigorous and organized with excellent analysis and synthesis capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
