Night Care Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for a Night Care Assistant to join Eothen Homes.

The successful candidates will be based at our Whitley Bay care home working 24 hours per week, 12 hours per day (2 nights out of 7 per week).

We are looking for someone who is intuitive and aware of what matters most in life, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy and who is committed to improving the quality of life for older people.

A major part of your role will be to enable and support people to remain as independent as possible by adopting a person centered approach in an environment that feels like home.

Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful candidate will provide physical support and personal care to the residents of the home.
