The Contract Operations & Compliance Analyst manages the operational backbone of the contract function, responsible for intake, metadata quality, contract repository organization, lifecycle tracking, customer summaries, reporting, and support for compliance and process discipline.
Requirements
- Log and route incoming contract requests.
- Maintain LinkSquares records, metadata, tags, naming conventions, and workflow status.
- Support pre-review by preparing intake summaries and surfacing basic issue flags.
- Track renewals, expirations, notice periods, price increase provisions, and other key contract dates.
- Create and maintain customer-specific 'how to do business' summaries.
- Prepare KPI, backlog, deadline, and cycle-time reporting.
- Maintain repository quality and support legacy contract-file cleanup and organization.
- Support records management, audit readiness, and process documentation.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain high accuracy in records, dates, metadata, and reporting.
- Keep lifecycle tracking current and reliable.
- Ensure contract information is accessible, organized, and usable for the business.
- Support smooth handoffs between intake, review, execution, and post-signature management.
- Strengthen operational discipline and management visibility.
- Understand how contract terms connect to compliance, milestones, and internal follow-through requirements.
