Job Description

EnviroLogix is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to join our team . In this role you will have the opportunity to join a passionate team and build a network of strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

General Summary:

The Territory Manager meets and exceeds established sales goals by maximizing new sales opportunities and maintaining and expanding our current customer base throughout the territory. The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve and exceed revenue targets through direct sales to newly identified opportunities in the region, through effective customer management and executing sales campaigns to support the company’s commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • New revenue activity

    • Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual new revenue goals through new opportunity identification and effective employment of the EnviroLogix sales process

    • Actively pursue new opportunities by visiting and talking frequently with customers

    • Execute campaign directives for new customers, including new product campaigns and strategic offerings

  • Account management activity

    • Achieve quarterly and annual run-rate revenue goals by maintaining existing accounts with exemplary customer service

    • Execute campaign directives for existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, product conversions, product upgrades, and price campaigns

  • Sustain and report weekly progress toward revenue goals

    • Monitor, track, and review KPIs such as revenue achievement against target and competitive win/loss performance

    • Expeditiously pursue sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities through productive and daily use of CRM; organize and record all sales activity in CRM on a timely and sufficient basis

  • Market development

    • Communicating directly with customers to identify and record systemic trends across and through the customer base

    • Provide accurate and actionable market information and insights to EnviroLogix’s Marketing and Finance functions to enable further development of key markets

    • As appropriate and/or at the request of management assist in any special events, tradeshows, projects, or promotions to advance new business

Reports To: Sales Leader, North America

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management/sales positions (preferably in a related industry)

  • BA/BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience

  • Ability to drive a car and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Ability to execute on work priorities while traveling

  • Determined self-starter; must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an independent role

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Creative and efficient problem-solver

  • Able to develop and nurture deep relationships, at all organizational levels, to drive revenue growth

  • Ability to synthesize and clearly explain technical information

  • Excellent attention to detail and able to set high standards for quality

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
