The Paralegal Assistant provides administrative and substantive legal support to the Legal Affairs Division, including the CEO, outside counsel, and other authorized leaders. This role assists with legal document preparation, contract coordination, compliance tracking, and legal file management across Enterprise Management and its affiliated companies.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or certificate in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Paralegal certificate (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a legal, executive assistant, or administrative support role
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or regulatory environments (preferred)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
