About the Role

We’re looking for aSoftware Engineerwith strongsystem designandPythonexpertise to help architect and scale the next generation of Enflux’s trading and automation stack. You’ll workdirectly with the founderon high-impact projects—from trading engines and infrastructure design to automation and AI-driven development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend and infrastructure systems inPython
  
• Architect scalable and reliable trading and automation systems for CEXs, DEXs, and prediction markets
  
• Collaborate directly with the founder to translate trading and business goals into robust technical systems
  
• Lead architectural decisions and establish sound engineering processes
  
• Integrate and leverageAI-assisted and agentic workflowsto accelerate development and deployment
  
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of production infrastructure
  
• Deploy and operate systems incloud-native environments(AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Own projects end-to-end—from design through production delivery
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or systems engineering
  
• Strong proficiency inPython, with solid performance and reliability skills
  
• Proficiency insystem designand experience designing distributed or event-driven systems
  
• Ability to work independently and make thoughtful architectural and process decisions
  
• Effective communicator comfortable balancing technical and business priorities
  
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
  
• Experience deploying systems in cloud-native environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Background in high-intensity, fast-paced environments such as startups
