Technical Specialist Lighting role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including equipment operation, customer service, training, and event supervision. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of field experience in a speciality area, be proficient in console operation, and have experience in leading teams on events and production sites.
Requirements
- Equipment Operation: Proficient in operation of at least 1 console family out of Avolites, ETC Eos or MA.
- Customer Service: Experience in dealing with production stakeholders, including designers, producers, and production managers.
- Training/Staff Development: Industry-related training course and ability to support and assist in developing skills and training offering across the business.
- Event Supervision: Performs advanced work, supervises and directs other technicians during an event.
