Requirements
- 5+ years of proven direct sales success in healthcare, engaging with hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle.
- Revenue cycle expertise: Deep understanding of reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories (Workers' Comp, VA, Medicaid, etc.).
- A tech-forward mindset: Comfort using virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM to drive precision and accountability in the sales process.
- Executive presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire C-level leaders.
- Trailblazer mentality: A self-starter with high energy, a disciplined approach to sales, and a track record of exceeding quota.
