The Manager, Client Operations is a key contributor and supporter of Operations and EnableComp clients, overseeing and directing the general success of high-profile named account(s).
Requirements
- Manage internal coordination, communication, and messaging for external client requests and reported issues.
- Manage submission and receipt of documentation requests to assigned external client group.
- Analyze and evaluate high dollar and escalated claims.
- Document client specific process changes and ensure all appropriate parties are notified of the process updates.
- Ensure client processes are documented appropriately prior to or concurrently with training of internal team.
- Understand specific client(s) business objectives and guide them through processes that can help achieve those objectives.
- Work to support the overall production process of assigned client(s).
- Manage the overall research regarding claim payments, billing issues, file and placement delays for assigned client(s).
- Manage and maintain client relationships through the understanding of client inventory and identify unique solutions to client specific needs.
- Identify and manage key performance indicators for individual client(s).
- Manage team of Account Managers and Account Specialists
