IT Governance Analyst

The IT Governance Analyst will support enterprise IT governance by translating governance standards, portfolio priorities, and risk requirements into actionable analysis, documentation, and reporting. The analyst will partner closely with IT Governance leadership to enable effective decision making across technology spend, project portfolios, risk management, change control, and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Experience working within structured IT processes (portfolio management, change management, incident management, or risk governance)
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, or portfolio management concepts
• Experience supporting Change Advisory Boards (CAB) or major incident processes
• Experience with ITSM or governance tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, portfolio dashboards, asset management platforms)
• Exposure to disaster recovery or business continuity documentation and testing
