  • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product implementation and onboarding projects for law firms and collection agencies, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project success.

Budget & Financial Management
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Internal Operations Projects
  • Manage internal projects related to driving efficiency for the Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including Agile, Scrum and SAFE. Fluent with project management software and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with legal fintech applications — such as collections management software, legal case management systems, compliance platforms, or payment processing tools — is a strong added advantage.
