We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business growth and build long-term client relationships across international markets. This role requires a proactive communicator who can identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close deals. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to outreach, proposals, calls, and partnership building.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and experienced in B2B sales, with a focus on digital services or marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and opportunities within target industries.
Initiate contact with leads through outbound outreach and networking.
Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipelines, and conversions in CRM.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, client success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency services.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
