Territory Sales and Service Representative

As a Territory Sales and Service Representative, you will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for our customers to help achieve our mutual goal of a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all.

Requirements

• Leverage tools and technology to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
• Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
• Use problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
