Ability to analyze customers' voice and deliver to related teams.

4. Problem-Solving and Adaptability

Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to outsourced services.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.

5. Project Management Experience

Extensive experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards.
