We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Application Support Engineer to support enterprise content management systems for a major client in North America. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in COBOL development, mainframe utilities, and document management platforms such as CMOD and Mobius.

Requirements

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues across CMOD and Mobius applications.
  • Maintain and enhance technical documentation; identify gaps and ensure materials are current and well-organized.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring problems efficiently.
