About this role
As an Active Directory Administrator you will join our infrastructure team to support identity services and ensure secure, reliable access to critical systems for our customers. In this role you will work directly with clients, so strong communication skills and the ability to generate clear documentation are essential.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including users, groups, permissions, Sites and Services, and multi-domain/multi-forest configurations.
- Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational standards.
- Administer and support DNS and DHCP services.
- Manage and integrate Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including identity governance and hybrid identity scenarios.
- Monitor infrastructure and apply security best practices across identity and access management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access and identity-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Produce reports, technical documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering Active Directory environments, including multi-domain and multi-forest setups.
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) creation, modification, and governance.
- Experience with DNS and DHCP administration.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Experience with Active Directory Sites and Services.
- Scripting and automation experience, preferably PowerShell.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced/conversational English level (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud).
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- Background in managed services or consulting.
