Active Directory Administrator

Job Description:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments (users, groups, permissions)
• Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Administer and support DNS and DHCP services
• Manage and integrate Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Monitor infrastructure and enforce security best practices
• Troubleshoot access and identity-related incidents
• Produce reports, technical documentation, and meeting minutes
• Identify and propose process improvements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO)
• Experience with DNS and DHCP
• Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Background in corporate IT environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact directly with clients
• Advanced/conversational English (mandatory)
• Experience with Active Directory Sites and Services
• Exposure to multi-domain and multi-forest environments
• Scripting and automation skills, preferably PowerShell

Nice to Have

• Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
• IT security knowledge
• Background in managed services or IT consulting
