RESPONSIBILITIES & FOCUS AREAS
- Perform manual QA testing across web and mobile to validate new features and ensure the platform works seamlessly for our landscaping customers.
- Run sanity and regression tests during release cycles to catch issues before they reach production.
- Write clear, detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behavior.
- Draft or refine user-facing guides and internal documentation, helping explain how features work in plain language.
- Provide usability and UX feedback that highlights pain points, confusing flows, or areas that could improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure the final product matches design intent and delivers consistent value to users.
YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU HAVE
- Experience testing SaaS or mobile applications — ideally B2B or workflow-focused tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills for documenting issues and user workflows.
- Keen attention to detail and empathy for the end user’s experience.
- Familiarity with QA workflows and tools like Linear, Jira, or ClickUp.
AND FOR EXTRA CREDIT…
- Understanding of web or mobile development (React, React Native).
- Prior experience with testing B2B applications.
