Founded in 1976 in St. Paul, Minnesota, Dungarvin, Inc. began with a simple yet profound mission: to support individuals with varying needs to achieve their fullest potential. As a national organization comprising privately owned companies, Dungarvin has grown significantly over the years, now employing approximately 5,000 dedicated individuals who provide exceptional services to nearly 6,000 people across 15 states. This journey from humble beginnings to becoming a leader in community-based support demonstrates a deep-rooted commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
