We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help our organization succeed as Order Processors. The Order Processor acts as an advisor with customers on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) resolutions and takes orders of both aftermarket hardware and software. The OP is responsible for order entry, creation of RMAs when applicable, configuring and testing of hardware that is shipped to the customer.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing High School diploma or High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Experience working with computer hardware and software. Customer service experience preferred.
- Valid United States Driver’s License required.
- Aptitude for learning new software programs. Detailed orientated, ability to multi-task.
