Software Sales and Support

Software Sales and Support role at Dragon Veterinary Canada Ltd. working with clients to adopt voice dictation or AI Scribe software into their clinic. The role involves training clients, cold outreach, demos, and sales.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Confident working with computers and various software applications
• Experience using a CRM
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail
• Eager to learn and try new tools
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Patient and adaptable
• Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
• Knowledge of veterinary clinic workflows and/or medical clinic workflows is an asset
• Previous experience in software sales or pharmaceutical sales is a strong asset
