The role will involve building and maintaining automated test systems, reducing bottlenecks in the development lifecycle, and supporting infrastructure reliability.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in a SaaS or fast-paced software development environment
- Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (preferably Playwright)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent)
- Ability to translate product requirements into technical test cases and communicate issues clearly to developers
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps and inefficiencies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
