Technical Product Manager (startup)

We are building the product operating in Ad Tech and media ecosystem. We build technology that works within real-world platform constraints (e.g. Google ad policies), and we continuously test and refine our business model - from B2C to B2B to white-label scenarios.

We’re not a mature, predictable product organization.
We operate in uncertainty. We pivot. We experiment. We adapt.

That’s exactly why this role exists.

Rate: 150–190 PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour.
Location: Fully remote (Poland) 🌎 or Łódź (Poland)

You won’t make hands-on architectural or technical decisions.
You don't need to code.
You will synthesize technical input into clear recommendations.

What you will be responsible for:

• Short-term prioritization (week-to-week trade-offs).

• Ensuring alignment with current strategic direction.

• Acting as a trusted sparring partner to the Management Board.

• Translating technical feasibility, constraints, timelines, and costs into business language.

• Continuously test and understand the product (JavaScript, React, Vite, TailwindCSS, Zustand, Cloud, ClickHouse, Ad Tech/media ecosystem).

• Balancing technical debt, urgent issues, delivery goals, and business pivots.

• Presenting product capabilities to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Who are we looking for? 🕵️‍♀️

• 5+ years of professional experience (impact matters!)

• Experience working closely with software development teams.

• High comfort in technical discussions (without needing to code).

• Excellent communication & listening skills.

• Ability to prioritize under uncertainty.

• Full professional fluency in English.

• Emotional resilience and ability to manage team morale.

Bonus points:

• Experience in Ad Tech or media platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset or side projects.

• Experience scaling products in ambiguous contexts.

This role is not for you if:

• You expect a stable, mature product with minimal change.

• You need fully defined long-term roadmaps.

• You avoid challenging leadership decisions.
